Precautions and warnings

Side-effects
- 黃疸和肝功能障礙（可逆）；胃腸道紊亂。 IV：靜脈痙攣、血栓性靜脈炎和溶血；低血鈣。 SC/IM：組織壞死。 局部用藥：皮疹和刺激。
Drug Interactions
與抗葡萄球菌青黴素一起使用效果更好。 與環丙沙星一起使用時效果較差（拮抗）。
Mode of actions
夫西地酸的作用是阻止細菌製造蛋白質。 它透過阻止蛋白質構建塊移動到位的過程來實現這一點，因此細菌無法生長或生存。
Dosage & Administration
易感感染成人：500 mg tid。 爆發性感染時可增加至 1 g tid。
兒童：2 歲：1% 眼藥水：每 12 小時向患眼滴入 1 滴，持續 7 天。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
