Side-effects

Drug Interactions
哌醋甲酯會增加血液中多慮平的含量。
**警告：**
- 與擬交感神經藥物一起服用時，可能會導致血壓升高。
- 它還會使 MAOIs 的副作用（例如口乾、視力模糊和便秘）變得更嚴重。
- 與其他抗膽鹼能藥物、中樞神經系統抑制劑或酒精一起使用時，可能會對大腦和神經系統產生更強的副作用。
Mode of actions
多塞平的作用是阻止大腦中血清素和正腎上腺素的重新攝取。 這增加了中樞神經系統神經細胞之間空間中這些化學物質的水平。
Dosage & Administration
成人：PO 初始劑量：75 mg/天，嚴重憂鬱症患者最多 300 mg/天。 每日總劑量 >100 mg 應分次服用
Pregnancy & Lactation
