Precautions and warnings

Side-effects
- 頭痛、疲勞、嗜睡、頭暈；噁心，消化不良;口乾，經痛;咽炎。
Drug Interactions
影響肝微粒體酵素的藥物可能會導致血漿濃度升高（例如阿奇黴素、西咪替丁、紅黴素、氟西汀、酮康唑）。
氯雷他定和地氯雷他定非常相似。 服用地氯雷他定時，避免服用任何含有氯雷他定的藥物。

Mode of actions
地氯雷他定是一種長效、非鎮靜、選擇性週邊組織胺 H1 受體拮抗劑，可阻止人類肥大細胞和嗜鹼性粒細胞釋放促發炎介質。
Dosage & Administration
成人及 12 歲或以上青少年：5 mg，每日一次。
6-11歲兒童：2.5毫克，每日一次。
12 個月至 5 歲兒童：1.25 毫克（2.5 毫升糖漿），每日一次。
6 個月至 11 個月兒童：1 毫克（2 毫升糖漿），每日一次。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
這種藥物會進入母乳。 哺乳前請先諮詢您的醫生。
