Stillzeit. Kann die Häufigkeit und/oder den Schweregrad der Angina pectoris zu Beginn der Behandlung oder bei Dosiserhöhungen erhöhen. Herzinsuffizienz oder Leberfunktionsstörung.

Drug Interactions
Amlodipin entspannt die glatte Muskulatur der peripheren und Koronararterien. Während der Depolarisation hemmt es den Eintritt von Ca-Ionen in die langsamen Kanäle oder ausgewählte spannungsempfindliche Kanäle der glatten Gefäßmuskulatur und des Herzens, was zu einer Erweiterung der Koronargefäße führt. Bei Patienten mit vasospastischer Angina pectoris verbessert es auch die Sauerstoffversorgung des Herzmuskels.
Contraindications
Leberinsuffizienz. Schwangerschaft.
Mode of actions
Amlodipin entspannt die glatte Muskulatur der peripheren und Koronararterien. Während der Depolarisation hemmt es den Eintritt von Ca-Ionen in die langsamen Kanäle oder ausgewählte spannungsempfindliche Kanäle der glatten Gefäßmuskulatur und des Herzens, was zu einer Erweiterung der Koronargefäße führt. Bei Patienten mit vasospastischer Angina pectoris verbessert es auch die Sauerstoffversorgung des Herzmuskels.
Telmisartan ist ein Angiotensin-II-Rezeptor-Antagonist, der kein Peptid ist. Es wirkt blutdrucksenkend, indem es die Bindung von Angiotensin II an AT1-Rezeptoren verhindert und so die vasokonstriktorische und Aldosteron-sekretierende Aktivität von Angiotensin II verringert.
Dosage & Administration
Erwachsener: PO. Beginnen Sie mit 5 mg/40 mg oder 5 mg/80 mg einmal täglich.
Die Dosis kann nach mindestens 2 Wochen erhöht werden, so dass 10 mg/80 mg einmal täglich nicht überschritten werden.
Dosierungsbereich: Amlodipin/Telmisartan 2,5–10 mg/20–80 mg einmal täglich.
Pregnancy & Lactation
Obwohl Reproduktionsstudien an Tieren eine nachteilige Wirkung auf den Fötus gezeigt haben und es keine ausreichenden und gut kontrollierten Studien bei schwangeren Frauen gibt, kann dieses Arzneimittel trotz möglicher Risiken während der Schwangerschaft nur dann angewendet werden, wenn dies unbedingt erforderlich ist.
Eine andere Studie zeigt, dass dieses Arzneimittel während der Schwangerschaft nicht erlaubt ist. Verwenden Sie es nicht, wenn Sie schwanger sind. Es kann über die Haut und die Lunge aufgenommen werden und kann die Organe Ihres ungeborenen Kindes schädigen und zu angeborenen Behinderungen führen. Strenge wirksame Empfängnisverhütung während der Behandlung und für sechs Monate nach Absetzen dieses Arzneimittels. Wenn Sie schwanger werden, beenden Sie die Einnahme dieses Arzneimittels und sprechen Sie sofort mit Ihrem Arzt.
Es liegen keine spezifischen Informationen darüber vor, ob dieses Arzneimittel in die Muttermilch übergeht oder nicht. Angesichts der möglichen Risiken für die Kinder wird das Stillen während der Anwendung dieses Arzneimittels und mindestens zwei Wochen nach der letzten Dosis nicht empfohlen. Konsultieren Sie vor dem Stillen Ihren Arzt.
