Precautions and warnings
Herzrhythmusstörungen, die entweder von Geburt an vorhanden sind oder sich erst später entwickelt haben, und ein überdurchschnittlich langes QT-Intervall. Schwache Herzfunktion. Leberprobleme. Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit.

Drug Interactions
Dieses Arzneimittel kann eine stärkere Wirkung haben, wenn es zusammen mit Diuretika, ACE-Hemmern und Betablockern eingenommen wird. Cimetidin kann seinen Blutspiegel erhöhen. Arzneimittel, die das CYP3A4-Enzym blockieren oder verstärken – wie Itraconazol (ein Blocker) oder Rifampicin (ein Verstärker) – können die Art und Weise verändern, wie Ihr Körper dieses Arzneimittel verarbeitet. Die Einnahme zusammen mit Kortikoiden oder Tetracosactid kann dazu führen, dass die blutdrucksenkende Wirkung geringer wird.
Contraindications
Innerhalb eines Monats nach einem Herzinfarkt, wenn Sie einen kardiogenen Schock, eine instabile Angina pectoris oder eine Aortenstenose haben.
Mode of actions
Lacidipin ist ein starker Kalziumkanalblocker aus der Gruppe der Dihydropyridine. Es zielt hauptsächlich auf Kalziumkanäle in den Muskelwänden der Blutgefäße ab. Durch die Entspannung und Erweiterung kleiner Arterien trägt Lacidipin dazu bei, den Widerstand in den Blutgefäßen zu senken und den Blutdruck zu senken.
Dosage & Administration
Erwachsene: PO Initial: 2 mg einmal täglich, bei Bedarf bis zu 4–6 mg/Tag.
Pregnancy & Lactation
Die FDA hat dieses Arzneimittel noch nicht in eine bestimmte Schwangerschaftskategorie eingestuft. Allerdings gibt es keine ausreichenden Beweise dafür, dass die Einnahme dieses Arzneimittels während der Schwangerschaft schädlich ist.
Besprechen Sie dies mit Ihrem Arzt, wenn Sie versuchen, während der Einnahme dieses Arzneimittels schwanger zu werden.

Sie können Ihnen bei der Entscheidung helfen, ob Sie dieses Arzneimittel weiterhin einnehmen sollen oder nicht. Wenn Sie die Einnahme dieses Arzneimittels abbrechen und krank werden, wäre dies für Ihr Kind schädlicher, als wenn Sie das Arzneimittel weiterhin einnehmen.
Es liegen keine spezifischen Informationen darüber vor, ob dieses Arzneimittel über die Muttermilch auf das Baby übertragen wird. Wenn Ihr Baby während der Einnahme dieser Medikation sehr schläfrig, unruhig oder müde wird oder Probleme beim Füttern hat, hören Sie mit dem Stillen auf und sprechen Sie umgehend mit Ihrem Arzt.
