Precautions and warnings

Side-effects
- 低血壓、心跳過速、臉潮紅、頭痛、頭暈、心悸、暈厥、精神錯亂。 噁心、嘔吐、腹痛。 煩躁、虛弱和眩暈。 口乾、胸痛、背痛、水腫、疲勞、腹痛、便秘、腹瀉、消化不良和脹氣。 潛在致命：嚴重低血壓和心臟衰竭。
Drug Interactions
如果該藥與酒精或其他擴張血管的藥物一起服用，發生低血壓的風險會更高。 與鈣通道阻斷劑一起使用可能會因血壓下降而導致站立時嚴重頭暈。
警語：將此藥與磷酸二酯酶 5 抑制劑（如用於治療勃起功能障礙的抑制劑）一起服用可能會導致危險的低血壓。
Contraindications
血壓極低或嚴重貧血、低血容、阻塞引起的心臟衰竭，或頭部受傷或腦部出血導致腦部壓力升高。
Mode of actions
單硝酸異山梨酯可透過增加一種稱為環狀 GMP 的物質來幫助放鬆血管壁的肌肉。 這種鬆弛降低了心臟左心室的壓力（前負荷）並減少了動脈的阻力（後負荷）。
Dosage & Administration
成人：PO 20 mg 2-3 次/天。 通常範圍：20-120 毫克/天。
LA 形式：每日一次，一粒膠囊。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
