Precautions and warnings
আপনার ডাক্তার বা ফার্মাসিস্টকে আপনার চিকিৎসা ইতিহাস সম্পর্কে বলুন, বিশেষ করে যদি আপনার কিডনি রোগ বা লিভারের রোগ থাকে, এই ওষুধটি ব্যবহার করার আগে।
নির্ধারিত মাত্রায় ব্যবহার করা হলে, ডেসলোরাটাডিন খুব কমই তন্দ্রা সৃষ্টি করে। যাইহোক, যতক্ষণ না আপনি নিশ্চিত না হন যে আপনি নিরাপদে তা করতে পারবেন ততক্ষণ পর্যন্ত গাড়ি চালাবেন না, যন্ত্রপাতি চালাবেন না বা অন্য কোনো কার্যকলাপে নিয়োজিত হবেন যা মনোযোগের দাবি রাখে।

Drug Interactions
হেপাটিক মাইক্রোসোমাল এনজাইমগুলিকে প্রভাবিত করে এমন ওষুধগুলি প্লাজমা ঘনত্ব বৃদ্ধির কারণ হতে পারে (উদাহরণস্বরূপ, অ্যাজিথ্রোমাইসিন, সিমেটিডিন, এরিথ্রোমাইসিন, ফ্লুওক্সেটিন, কেটোকোনাজল)।
Loratadine এবং desloratadine বেশ একই রকম। desloratadine গ্রহণ করার সময়, loratadine অন্তর্ভুক্ত এমন কোনো ওষুধ গ্রহণ করা এড়িয়ে চলুন।
Contraindications
সক্রিয় উপাদানের জন্য অতি সংবেদনশীলতা।
Mode of actions
ডেসলোরাটাডিন হল একটি দীর্ঘ-অভিনয়, অ-শমনকারী, নির্বাচনী পেরিফেরাল হিস্টামিন H1-রিসেপ্টর প্রতিপক্ষ যা মানুষের মাস্ট কোষ এবং বেসোফিলগুলিকে প্রো-ইনফ্ল্যামেটরি মধ্যস্থতাকারীদের মুক্তি থেকে বিরত করে।
Dosage & Administration
প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক এবং 12 বছর বা তার বেশি বয়ঃসন্ধিঃ প্রতিদিন একবার 5 মিলিগ্রাম।
6-11 বছর বয়সী শিশু: প্রতিদিন একবার 2.5 মিলিগ্রাম।
শিশু 12 মাস-5 বছর : 1.25 মিলিগ্রাম (2.5 মিলি সিরাপ) দিনে একবার।
শিশু 6 মাস-11 মাস : 1 মিলিগ্রাম (2 মিলি সিরাপ) দিনে একবার।
Pregnancy & Lactation
যদিও প্রাণীর প্রজনন অধ্যয়ন ভ্রূণের উপর বিরূপ প্রভাব দেখিয়েছে এবং গর্ভবতী মহিলাদের মধ্যে কোন পর্যাপ্ত এবং সুনিয়ন্ত্রিত অধ্যয়ন নেই, তবে গর্ভাবস্থায়, সম্ভাব্য ঝুঁকি থাকা সত্ত্বেও এই ওষুধটি ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে যখন নিশ্চিতভাবে প্রয়োজন হয়।
একটি নবজাতক শিশুর মায়েরা যারা গর্ভাবস্থার শেষ 3 মাসে এই ওষুধটি ব্যবহার করেছেন তারা কদাচিৎ তন্দ্রা, পেশী শক্ত হওয়া বা ঝাঁকুনি, খাওয়ানো বা শ্বাসকষ্ট, ক্রমাগত কান্না সহ লক্ষণগুলি তৈরি করতে পারে। আপনি যদি আপনার শিশুর এই লক্ষণগুলির মধ্যে কোনটি লক্ষ্য করেন বিশেষ করে তাদের প্রথম মাসে, অবিলম্বে ডাক্তারকে বলুন।
এই ওষুধটি বুকের দুধে প্রবেশ করে। বুকের দুধ খাওয়ানোর আগে আপনার ডাক্তারের সাথে কথা বলুন।
