Precautions and warnings

Side-effects

Drug Interactions
該藥與精神藥物一起使用會增加抗膽鹼能副作用。 它也可能降低普萘洛爾的療效。 當與 MAOIs、三環抗憂鬱劑或安非他明一起服用時，它會增加與心臟相關的副作用，如心跳加快和心悸。
Contraindications
患有肥厚性阻塞性心肌病變、快速心律不整或對阿托品、其相關藥物或藥物中任何其他成分過敏的人不應使用沙丁胺醇和異丙托溴銨的組合。
Mode of actions
異丙托溴銨是一種稱為抗膽鹼能藥物的藥物。 它的作用是阻止乙醯膽鹼（體內的一種化學物質）引起肺部的某些反射。 透過這樣做，它可以阻止氣道肌肉細胞內一種稱為環鳥苷酸的物質的增加，否則會使肌肉收緊。
沙丁胺醇是一種直接活化氣道中 β2 受體的藥物。 它可以放鬆氣道肌肉，有助於打開氣道，使呼吸更容易。
Dosage & Administration
成人（包括老年人）：每 3 mL 霧化溶液含異丙托溴銨 0.5 mg 和沙丁胺醇鹼 2.5 mg：初始：3 mL，每 6 小時一次。 最大：3 毫升，每 4 小時一次。
根據需要緩解症狀或依指示服用一安瓿。 每天最多三到四個安瓿。
如果出現急性或迅速惡化的呼吸困難，且額外吸入仍不能產生足夠的改善，應建議患者立即諮詢醫生或就近的醫院。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
