Precautions and warnings

Side-effects

Drug Interactions

Contraindications
對羅氟司特或其任何成分過敏的人不應使用羅氟司特。 任何患有中度至重度肝臟問題的人也不應該服用它。
Mode of actions
選擇性磷酸二酯酶 (PDE)-4 抑制劑可透過阻斷 PDE-4 的作用發揮作用。 這會導致肺細胞內一種稱為環磷酸腺苷 (cAMP) 的分子水平增加。 cAMP 的增加被認為是藥物發揮作用的方式。
Dosage & Administration
對於成人（18 歲以上），對於氣喘和慢性阻塞性肺病，羅氟司特的建議劑量是每天一粒 500 微克 (mcg) 片劑，無論是否與食物同服。
由於缺乏該藥在兒童中的安全性訊息，因此，18歲以下的兒童和青少年應避免使用該藥。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
