Ca renal calculi or a history of renal calculi, hypercalcemia, and hypophosphatemia patients. Digoxin poisoning is suspected in patients.
Calcium carbonate can quickly and effectively neutralize stomach acid. However, it may negatively activate Ca-dependent pathways, resulting in gastric and hydrochloric acid secretion. It can cause rebound acid secretion, as well as hypercalcemia, alkalosis, and milk-alkali syndrome if taken in large dosages for a long time.
Adult: PO Hyperacidity: Take 1-2 tab as needed, up to a max of 16 tab/day. May suck or chew tablets.
Hyperphosphataemia in chronic renal failure Initial: 2.5 g/day, up to 17 g/day in divided doses.

Mothers with a newborn baby who have used this drug during the last 3 months of pregnancy may seldom create symptoms including drowsiness, muscle stiffness or shakiness, feeding or breathing troubles, constant crying. If you notice any of these symptoms of your baby's particularly during their first month, tell the doctor immediately.
This medicine passes into breast milk. Talk to your doctor before breastfeeding.
