Precautions and warnings
如果您患有甲狀腺功能亢進（甲狀腺功能亢進）、心臟疾病等心臟問題、心律不整或心跳加快，請勿使用。 如果您患有動脈硬化（動脈硬化）、高血壓或動脈瘤等血管疾病，請避免使用。 患有糖尿病、閉角型青光眼、腎臟問題或攝護腺肥大的患者也應避免使用。 請勿在懷孕或哺乳期間使用。
Side-effects
- 心絞痛；鼻塞和流鼻水反彈；恐懼、焦慮、煩躁、震顫、失眠、意識混亂、煩躁和精神病狀態；食慾減退，噁心，嘔吐；壞疽;腦出血和肺水腫；反射性心動過緩、心動過速和心律失常、心悸和心臟驟停、低血壓和頭暈、昏厥和潮紅腫、昏厥和心律不整。 組織壞死、脫落；心肌和動脈壞死。
Drug Interactions
當此藥與強心配醣體、奎尼丁或三環抗憂鬱劑 (TCA) 一起使用時，發生高血壓和心律不整的風險較高。 如果與麥角生物鹼或催產素一起服用，血管收縮的風險會增加。 與單胺氧化酶抑制劑 (MAOIs) 一起服用可能會導致血壓危險性升高（高血壓危象）。 它也可能與環丙烷、氟烷和其他鹵化麻醉劑等麻醉劑以及降低血壓的藥物相互作用。
Contraindications
嚴重高血壓、嗜鉻細胞瘤。
Mode of actions
非索非那定是一種來自另一種稱為特非那定的藥物的藥物。 它的作用是阻斷大腦外的組織胺 H1 受體，有助於減輕消化系統、血管和呼吸道的過敏症狀。

Dosage & Administration
成人及 12 歲以上兒童：每日兩次，每次 1 片，空腹服用，用水送服。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
這種藥物會進入母乳。 哺乳前請先諮詢您的醫生。
