Precautions and warnings

Side-effects
- 口乾、尿滯留、口腔潰瘍、麻痺性腸阻塞、頭痛、噁心、便秘、異常支氣管痙攣、速髮型過敏反應（蕁麻疹、血管性水腫）、急性閉角型青光眼。 潛在致命：過敏反應、心房顫動、室上性心搏過速。
Drug Interactions
與其他抗膽鹼能藥物併用時毒性增加。
Contraindications
對阿托品、類似阿托品的藥物或異丙托溴銨溶液中的任何其他成分過敏的人不應使用該藥。
Mode of actions
異丙托溴銨的作用是阻止乙醯膽鹼作用於氣道中的某些神經部位。 這有助於放鬆氣道周圍的肌肉，使呼吸更容易。
Dosage & Administration
作為吸入劑：成人：每日 3-4 次，每次 1-2 噴（20 毫克/噴）。 兒童：每日 2-3 次，每次 1-2 口。
作為霧化溶液：12歲以上成人（包括老年人和青少年）：常用劑量為0.4-2.0毫升異丙托溴銨溶液（100-500微克），每天最多四次。
3歲以上兒童：常用劑量為0.4-2.0毫升異丙托溴銨溶液（100-500微克），每天最多3次。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示出不良影響，甚至有時無法證明對胎兒的風險，並且在孕婦中沒有充分和良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，這種藥物可以在確實需要時使用。
