Side-effects
- 低血壓、心跳過速、臉潮紅、頭痛、頭暈、心悸、暈厥、精神錯亂。 噁心、嘔吐、腹痛。 憂慮、不安、虛弱和眩暈。 潛在致命：嚴重低血壓、循環衰竭。
Drug Interactions
將這種藥物與酒精或擴張血管的藥物（血管擴張劑）一起服用會增加低血壓的風險。 與鈣通道阻斷劑一起使用會導致站立時血壓嚴重下降（姿勢性低血壓）。 二氫麥角胺可能會減少其血管擴張作用，而麥角胺的作用可能會變得更強。 如果您將舌下含服形式與丙吡胺一起使用，則可能效果不佳。
**危險：**將此藥物與磷酸二酯酶 5 抑制劑（如治療勃起功能障礙的抑制劑）結合使用可能會導致危險的低血壓。
Contraindications
血壓極低或貧血、血容量低、阻塞引起的心臟衰竭，或頭部受傷或腦出血導致腦部壓力升高。
Mode of actions
硝酸異山梨酯可透過增加環鳥苷酸的量來幫助放鬆血管中的平滑肌。 這種鬆弛會降低心臟左側泵血前的壓力（前負荷），並減少動脈阻力（後負荷）。
Dosage & Administration
成人：PO 長期治療心絞痛 20-120 mg/天，分次服用。 最大：240 毫克/天。 心臟衰竭 30-160 mg/天，分次服用。 最大：240 毫克/天。
舌下含服心臟衰竭 5-15 mg，每 2-3 小時一次。 急性心絞痛藥片：2.5-10 mg。 噴霧劑：1-3 次噴霧（1.25 毫克/噴霧）。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
