Precautions and warnings

Drug Interactions

Contraindications
- Беременность

Mode of actions
Эстриол – естественная форма эстрогена. Это помогает восстановить нормальную слизистую оболочку влагалища. Считается, что он оказывает мягкое влияние на рост слизистой оболочки матки (эндометрия). Эстриол остается в ядрах клеток эндометрия лишь короткое время.
Dosage & Administration
Взрослые: внутрь в менопаузе, ЗГТ 0,5–3 мг/день в течение 1 месяца, затем 0,5–1 мг/день.
Диагностическая помощь при атрофическом мазке из шейки матки: 2–4 мг/сут в течение 7 дней перед взятием следующего мазка.
Бесплодие вследствие поражения шейки матки: 0,25–1 мг/сут в 6–15 дни менструального цикла.
Атрофия нижних отделов мочеполового тракта, связанная с дефицитом эстрогенов: 4–8 мг/сут в течение 1-й недели, затем дозу снижают до 1–2 мг/сут.
Ваг Менопаузальный атрофический вагинит: в виде крема (0,01 или 0,1%) или пессария (500 мкг): применять 500 мкг один раз в день, затем уменьшить дозу до двух раз в неделю.
Пред- и послеоперационная терапия у женщин в постменопаузе, перенесших вагинальную операцию: 4-8 мг в день за 2 недели до операции; 1-2 мг в день в течение 2 недель после операции.
Климактерические жалобы, такие как приливы жара и ночная потливость: 4–8 мг в день в течение первых недель с последующим постепенным снижением. Следует использовать наименьшую эффективную дозу.
Pregnancy & Lactation
Это лекарство нельзя использовать во время беременности. Он может всасываться через кожу и легкие, что может привести к повреждению органов вашего будущего ребенка и вызвать врожденные нарушения. Строгие два эффективных типа контроля над рождаемостью, начиная за месяц до и во время лечения и в течение трех лет после прекращения приема препарата. Обсудите со своим врачом, если вы не уверены, какие виды контроля над рождаемостью эффективны для вас. Вам необходимо регулярно проходить тесты на беременность во время лечения этим лекарством и в течение как минимум трех лет после приема этого лекарства. Если кажется, что вы забеременели, прекратите прием этого лекарства и немедленно обратитесь к врачу. Если вы действительно забеременели, пропустили менструацию или занялись сексом без использования двух форм противозачаточных средств. В некоторых случаях ваш врач может назначить экстренную контрацепцию для предотвращения беременности. Людям, принимающим это лекарство, не следует сдавать кровь во время лечения и в течение трех лет после него.
Это лекарство также противопоказано грудному молоку. Грудное вскармливание не рекомендуется во время использования этого лекарства и в течение трех лет после него.
