Precautions and warnings

Drug Interactions

Contraindications

Mode of actions

Dosage & Administration
بالغ: PO Menopausal HRT 0.5-3 mg/day 1 mth کے لیے، پھر 0.5-1 mg/day۔
ایٹروفک سروائیکل سمیر میں تشخیصی امداد: اگلا سمیر لینے سے پہلے 7 دن کے لیے 2-4 ملی گرام فی دن۔
گریوا دشمنی کی وجہ سے بانجھ پن: ماہواری کے 6-15 دنوں میں 0.25-1 ملی گرام فی دن۔
ایسٹروجن کی کمی سے متعلق نچلے یوروجنیٹل نالی کا ایٹروفی: پہلے ہفتے کے لیے 4-8 ملی گرام فی دن، پھر 1-2 ملی گرام فی دن تک کم ہوجاتا ہے۔
ویگ مینوپاسل ایٹروفک ویجینائٹس: کریم (0.01 یا 0.1٪) یا پیسری (500 ایم سی جی): روزانہ ایک بار 500 ایم سی جی لگائیں، بعد میں ہفتے میں دو بار کم کریں۔
اندام نہانی کی سرجری سے گزرنے والی پوسٹ مینوپاسل خواتین میں پری اور پوسٹ آپریٹو تھراپی: سرجری سے پہلے 2 ہفتوں میں 4-8mg فی دن؛ سرجری کے بعد 2 ہفتوں میں 1-2mg فی دن۔
موسمیاتی شکایات جیسے گرم فلش اور رات کو پسینہ آنا: پہلے ہفتوں کے دوران 4-8mg فی دن، اس کے بعد بتدریج کمی۔ سب سے کم مؤثر خوراک استعمال کی جانی چاہئے۔
Pregnancy & Lactation
اس دوا کو حمل کے دوران استعمال نہیں کرنا چاہیے۔ یہ جلد اور پھیپھڑوں کے ذریعے جذب ہو سکتا ہے جس کی وجہ سے آپ کے بچے کے اعضاء کو نقصان پہنچ سکتا ہے اور پیدائشی معذوری کا سبب بن سکتا ہے۔ برتھ کنٹرول کی سخت دو قسمیں علاج سے ایک ماہ پہلے اور علاج کے دوران شروع ہوتی ہیں اور اس دوا کو روکنے کے بعد تین سال تک۔ اپنے ڈاکٹروں سے بات کریں اگر آپ کو یقین نہیں ہے کہ کون سی قسم کی پیدائش پر قابو پانا آپ کے لیے مؤثر ہے۔ آپ کو اس دوا کے ساتھ اپنے علاج کے دوران اور اس دوا کو لینے کے بعد کم از کم تین سال تک باقاعدگی سے حمل کے ٹیسٹ کروانے کی ضرورت ہے۔ اگر ایسا لگتا ہے کہ آپ حاملہ ہو گئی ہیں تو اس دوا کو لینا بند کر دیں اور فوری طور پر اپنے ڈاکٹر کو کال کریں۔ اگر آپ واقعی حاملہ ہو جاتے ہیں، ماہواری سے محروم ہو جاتے ہیں، یا پیدائش پر قابو پانے کی دو شکلیں استعمال کیے بغیر جنسی تعلق قائم کریں۔ بعض صورتوں میں، آپ کا ڈاکٹر حمل کو روکنے کے لیے ہنگامی مانع حمل تجویز کر سکتا ہے۔ اس دوا کو استعمال کرنے والے افراد کو علاج کے دوران اور اس کے بعد تین سال تک خون کا عطیہ نہیں دینا چاہیے۔
