Precautions and warnings

Side-effects

Drug Interactions
夫西地酸、甲氨蝶呤、四環素、華法林、阿拉伯茶和瓜爾膠是可能與這種藥物相互作用的一些產品。
如果您忘記服藥，請在想起來後立即服藥。 如果下一個劑量即將到來，請跳過錯過的劑量。 每天同一時間服用下一劑。 為了趕上，不要增加劑量。

對青黴素活性成分過敏。
Mode of actions
氯唑西林對青黴素酶分解有抵抗力。 它對產生青黴素酶的葡萄球菌特別有效。 對金黃色葡萄球菌、化膿性葡萄球菌、草綠色葡萄球菌和肺炎葡萄球菌非常有效。
Dosage & Administration
成人：PO 250-500 mg 4 次/天。
兒童：50-100 mg/kg，每 6 小時分次服用。
Pregnancy & Lactation
雖然動物生殖研究顯示出不良影響，甚至有時無法證明對胎兒的風險，並且在孕婦中沒有充分和良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，這種藥物可以在確實需要時使用。
