Precautions and warnings

Side-effects
- 症狀最初惡化、皮膚刺激、使用時刺痛、水腫、起泡、皮膚結痂、紅斑、鱗屑、光敏感、暫時性色素沉著不足/過度。
Drug Interactions
- 幫助米諾地爾更容易被皮膚吸收。
- 同時使用抗纖維蛋白溶解藥物會增加嚴重甚至可能致命的血栓的風險。
- 服用唑類抗真菌藥物和維A酸可以提高體內維A酸水平。
- 使硫磺、間苯二酚、過氧化苯甲醯和水楊酸的去角質作用更強。
- 與噻嗪類藥物、四環素類藥物、氟喹諾酮類藥物、吩噻嗪類藥物和磺胺類藥物等使皮膚對陽光更敏感的藥物同時使用會增加曬傷的風險。
- 嚴重風險：將維A酸與四環素結合使用會大大增加腦部高壓的風險，從而危及生命。
Contraindications
如果您對類維生素A過敏，請勿使用。 避免塗抹在濕疹、曬傷或破損的皮膚上。 懷孕或哺乳期間請勿使用。
Mode of actions
維他命A酸是維生素 A 的一種形式，稱為反式視黃酸。 它的作用是加速毛囊中皮膚細胞的生長和更換，並降低這些細胞的黏性，這有助於清除現有堵塞的毛孔（粉刺）並阻止新毛孔的形成。 維A酸還能使皮膚外層（角質層）變薄。 在急性早幼粒細胞白血病的情況下，維A酸可以幫助癌細胞成熟並更正常地生長，從而減緩它們的快速生長。
Dosage & Administration
成人：局部性痤瘡 0.01-0.1% 乳膏/凝膠/酒精溶液：每天塗抹 1-2 次。
光損傷皮膚的斑駁色素沉著、粗糙和細紋 0.02-0.05% 製劑：每日晚間塗抹一次。
Pregnancy & Lactation
雖然動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
