Amoxicillin + Clavulanic Acid Similar medicine
Allergische Reaktionen, insbesondere auf Cephalosporine, infektiöse Mononukleose und schwere Nierenfunktionsstörung sind möglich.
Allopurinol kann die Amoxicillin-Sekretion in den Nierentubuli verringern, was zu höheren Amoxicillin-Spiegeln im Blut führt. Die Wirksamkeit oraler Kontrazeptiva kann bei gleichzeitiger Anwendung beeinträchtigt sein.
Penicillin-Allergie.
Clavulansäure hat eine hohe Affinität zu bestimmten Laktamasen und bindet an diese, die den Laktamring von Amoxicillin hydrolysieren und ihn inaktivieren. Wenn Amoxicillin mit Clavulanat-Kalium kombiniert wird, wird das antibakterielle Spektrum von Amoxicillin auf zahlreiche Bakterien erweitert, die normalerweise gegen Amoxicillin und andere Penicilline und Cephalosporine resistent sind.
Erwachsene und Kinder über 12 Jahre: 3-mal täglich eine 375-mg-Tablette. Bei schwerer Infektion eine 625-mg-Tablette dreimal täglich oder eine 1-g-Tablette zweimal täglich.
Kinder von 6 bis 12 Jahren: alle 8 Stunden 2 Teelöffel Pulver zur Suspension.
Kinder von 1–6 Jahren: 1 Teelöffel Pulver zur Herstellung einer Suspension alle 8 Stunden.
Kinder unter 1 Jahr: 25 mg/kg/Tag in aufgeteilten Dosen alle 8 Stunden.
Erwachsene und Kinder über 12 Jahre: IV-Injektion: 1,2 g alle 6–8 Stunden,
Kinder bis 3 Monate: 30 mg/kg alle 8 Stunden (alle 12 Stunden in der Perinatalperiode und bei Frühgeborenen);
Kind 3 Monate–12 Jahre, 30 mg/kg alle 6–8 Stunden.
Obwohl tierexperimentelle Reproduktionsstudien eine nachteilige Wirkung gezeigt haben und manchmal sogar kein Risiko für den Fötus nachgewiesen werden konnte, und es keine ausreichenden und gut kontrollierten Studien bei schwangeren Frauen gibt, kann dieses Arzneimittel während der Schwangerschaft nur dann angewendet werden, wenn dies unbedingt erforderlich ist.
