الإدارة:
يتم إعطاء مصل سم الأفعى عن طريق الوريد إما غير مخفف بمعدل لا يزيد عن 1 مل في الدقيقة أو يتم تخفيفه في 500 مل من السائل الوريدي (إما حقن كلوريد الصوديوم أو حقن الدكستروز 5٪) ويتم إعطاؤه بالسرعة التي يمكن تحملها خلال 1-2 ساعة. أثناء تخفيف المصل المضاد لسم الأفعى، قم بخلطه عن طريق الدوران اللطيف بدلاً من الرج لتجنب تكوين رغوة.
