Precautions and warnings

Side-effects

Drug Interactions
環丙烷和一些含有鹵素的麻醉劑會使心臟對多巴胺更加敏感，這可能會導致危險的心律不整。 MAO抑制劑使多巴胺的作用持續時間更長且更強。 麥角藥物可增強多巴胺收緊血管的能力。 α-受體阻斷劑揭示了多巴胺對β受體的影響。
Contraindications
嗜鉻細胞瘤、未矯正的快速心律不整、心室顫動。 過敏。
Mode of actions
低劑量的多巴胺會活化多巴胺能受體，導致腎臟和消化器官的血管擴張。 在較高劑量下，它還會刺激多巴胺能和β-腎上腺素受體，導致心率加快、心臟收縮更強、腎臟血管持續擴張。 當以低輸注速度給藥時，多巴胺會導致腎臟、消化器官、心臟和大腦中的血管擴張。 當劑量較高時，會導致肌肉血管狹窄和血壓升高。
Dosage & Administration
成人：IV 初始：1-5 mcg/kg/min，根據患者的反應高達 5-10 mcg/kg/min。 對於病情嚴重的患者：最多可使用 20-50 mcg/kg/min。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
