Mode of actions
الجلسرين مادة تعمل على سحب الماء من الأنسجة لأنها قادرة على جذب الماء والاحتفاظ به. يساعد على سحب الماء من الفراغات الموجودة خارج الأوعية الدموية إلى مجرى الدم، وذلك بفضل قدرته على زيادة تركيز المواد في الدم. وتسمى هذه العملية بالتناضح. يعمل الجلسرين أيضًا كمواد تشحيم.
Dosage & Administration
كتحميل: الأطفال أقل من سنتين: استشر الطبيب.
الأطفال (من 2 إلى 6 سنوات): تحميلة واحدة فقط 1.15 كل 24 ساعة أو حسب توجيهات الطبيب.
البالغين والأطفال (من 6 سنوات): تحميلة واحدة فقط 2.30 كل 24 ساعة أو حسب توجيهات الطبيب
