Precautions and warnings

Side-effects

Drug Interactions

- 这种药物可以增强和延长咪达唑仑和三唑仑的镇静（困倦）作用。
- 它可以增加某些藥物（如阿斯咪唑、西沙必利、多非利特、匹莫齊特、奎尼丁和特非那定）的用量和作用，增加危險心律問題（尖端扭轉型室性心動過速）的風險。
- 如果与某些降胆固醇药物（如洛伐他汀和辛伐他汀）一起服用，出现肌肉问题（肌病）的风险会更高。
- 它可以大大增加尼索地平的血液浓度。
- 如果与依普利农一起使用，则出现高钾水平和低血压的风险更高。

Contraindications

Mode of actions
酮康唑通过阻断一种名为 CYP450 的真菌酶起作用，这种酶会破坏真菌中重要脂肪（甘油三酯和磷脂）的产生。 這改變了真菌細胞膜的滲透性，使物質更容易滲入和滲出。 酮康唑也會阻斷其他真菌酶，導致真菌內累積有害水平的過氧化氫。
Dosage & Administration
成人：PO 真菌感染 200 mg，每日一次，如果需要，最多 400 mg，每日一次。 通常持續時間：症狀消失且培養結果呈現陰性後持續 14 天和至少 1 週。
慢性陰道念珠菌病 400 mg，每日一次，持續 5 天。
Pregnancy & Lactation
雖然動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
