Precautions and warnings

Side-effects

Drug Interactions
如果與大劑量阿斯匹靈同時使用，可能會出現厭食、呼吸急促、嗜睡、代謝性酸中毒、昏迷和死亡。 增加血液中苯妥英的水平，增加骨軟化症的風險。 普米酮在血液中的濃度可能會降低。 其他碳酸酐酶抑制劑具有相加作用。 葉酸拮抗劑的作用可能會被放大。 安非他明和奎尼丁在尿液中的排泄可能會減少。 烏洛托品的尿液抗菌作用可能會受到抑制。 鋰的排泄可能會增加。 與碳酸氫鈉一起，腎結石形成的風險也會增加。 環孢素水平可能會升高。
Contraindications
肝功能不全；肝硬化;高氯血症性酸中毒;嚴重腎功能損害；嚴重肺阻塞；慢性非充血性閉角型青光眼；腎上腺皮質功能不全 哺乳期及懷孕期。
Mode of actions
乙醯唑酰胺會抑制碳酸酐酶，該酶催化涉及二氧化碳水合和碳酸脫水的可逆反應。 它透過增加 HCO3 離子以及 Na 和 K 的排泄來引起鹼性利尿。中樞神經系統中的碳酸酐酶也受到抑制，以防止神經元異常或過度放電。
Dosage & Administration
成人：口服利尿 250-375 毫克/天。
青光眼;癲癇 250-1,000 毫克/天。
預防高山症 500-1,000 毫克/天。
兒童：青光眼：1 個月至 12 歲：每天 10-20 毫克/公斤。 最大劑量：每日 750 毫克，分 2-4 次服用。 癲癇：新生兒和 12 歲以下：初始劑量為 2.5 mg/kg，每日兩次；維持：5-7 mg/kg bid-tid。 最大：每日 750 毫克。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
