Precautions and warnings

Side-effects

Drug Interactions

Contraindications
過敏。
Mode of actions
阿達帕林與特定的視黃酸核受體相互作用，使毛囊上皮細胞發育正常化並減少微粉刺的產生。
Dosage & Administration
成人：外用 0.3% 溶液/霜/凝膠：每晚塗抹一次。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
