Normal saline is indicated for

Precautions and warnings

Side-effects
- فرط صوديوم الدم. العطش، انخفاض إفراز اللعاب والدمع، الحمى، عدم انتظام دقات القلب، ارتفاع ضغط الدم، الصداع، الدوخة، الأرق، التهيج والضعف. قد يحدث حرقان أو تهيج في العين مؤقتًا عند الاستخدام لأول مرة. الآثار الجانبية الأخرى هي الاحمرار والألم والتورم في العينين أو حولهما والحساسية للضوء والصداع. قد تكون مميتة: الحقن داخل السلى من المحاليل مفرطة التوتر: تخثر منتشر داخل الأوعية، نخر كلوي، آفات عنق الرحم والرحم، انسداد رئوي، التهاب رئوي والوفاة.
Drug Interactions

Contraindications

Mode of actions

Dosage & Administration
البالغون: حالات فقدان الملح المزمنة، إطالة ممتدة 2.4-4.8 جم/يوم، حتى 12 جم/يوم.
استبدال السوائل والكهارل بنسبة 0.9 أو 3 أو 5% محلول: تعتمد الجرعة على العمر والوزن والحالة السريرية والتحديدات المخبرية للمريض.
فرط بوتاسيوم الدم بنسبة 0.9% محلول: تعتمد الجرعة على العمر والوزن والحالة السريرية والتحديدات المخبرية للمريض.
الري ري المثانة والعين والجلد العام وتطهير الجروح بنسبة 0.9٪ محلول: استخدم حسب التوجيهات.
قطرة العين: قطرة واحدة في العين (العينين) المصابة كل 3 أو 4 ساعات أو حسب توجيهات الطبيب.
قطرة للأنف: احتقان الأنف بنسبة 0.9% محلول/رذاذ: الرضع والأطفال والبالغون: 2-6 قطرات في كل فتحة أنف حسب الحاجة يوميًا. يستخدم حسب التوجيهات.
