Precautions and warnings

Side-effects
- 短暫性高血壓、低血壓、頭暈、臉潮紅、疲勞、嗜睡、虛弱、癲癇發作、噁心和嘔吐、發燒、身體任何部位的緊張、感覺異常、癲癇發作、注射部位反應、鼻黏膜刺激和鼻出血。 頻繁使用會出現反彈性頭痛。 潛在致命：心律不整、心肌梗塞。
Drug Interactions
將這種藥物與麥角胺或類似藥物同時服用會增加嚴重血管痙攣的風險。
可能致命：如果該藥與 SSRIs、MAOIs 一起服用，或在停止 MAOIs 後 14 天內服用，則出現稱為血清素綜合徵的危險狀況的風險更高。 如果過去 24 小時內使用過麥角胺或類似藥物，服用該藥也是危險的。
Contraindications
請勿使用此藥預防偏頭痛，或用於患有基底性偏頭痛、偏癱性偏頭痛或眼肌麻痺性偏頭痛的患者。 它也不應用於有心臟病或中風病史、嚴重肝臟問題、血流不良引起的心臟病、未控制的高血壓或周圍血管疾病的患者。 對磺胺類藥物過敏的人也應避免使用這種藥物。
Mode of actions
舒馬曲坦是一種透過活化某些血清素 (5-HT1) 受體發揮作用的藥物。 它有助於縮小大腦血管並減少神經系統發炎。 它還可以稍微減慢胃排空的速度。
Dosage & Administration
成人：PO 偏頭痛 >18 歲：50-100 毫克，如果偏頭痛復發，每 2 小時重複一次。 最大：300 毫克/24 小時。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
