Side-effects

Drug Interactions

警告：將氯巴佔與酒精、安眠藥或鎮靜抗憂鬱藥物一起服用會大大增加影響大腦和神經系統的嚴重副作用的風險。
Contraindications

Mode of actions

Dosage & Administration
口服
焦慮的短期管理，癲癇的輔助治療

兒童：3-12 歲：每日 125 微克/公斤，每 5 天增加一次。 常用維持劑量：250 mcg/kg bid。 最大：500 微克/公斤 出價。
老年人：或虛弱的患者：每天10-20毫克。
肝功能損害：可能需要調整劑量。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
