Precautions and warnings

Side-effects
- الغثيان ، القيء ، فقدان الشهية ، جفاف الفم ، الإمساك ، انخفاض ضغط الدم الانتصابي ، الارتعاش ، التعرق ، الطفح ، القلق ، الدوخة ، التعب ، الصداع ، إغماء ، إنسومنيا ، somnolence ، الإمساك ، زيادة التكاثر ، زيادة التقييم. السلوك العدواني (خاصة في البداية وعند التوقف عن العلاج). يحتمل أن يكون قاتلاً: عسر القرن العدل في الدم ، متلازمة ستيفنز جونسون ، التهاب الكبد.
Drug Interactions
هناك فرصة أكبر لمتلازمة السيروتونين عندما يتم تناول هذا الدواء باستخدام TCAs أو SSRIs أو SNRIS أو الليثيوم أو سيبوتدرامين أو ترامادول. يمكن للأدوية التي تمنع CYP3A4 (مثل الكيتوكونازول ، أتازانافير ، وكلاريثروميسين) زيادة كمية هذا الدواء في جسمك. يمكن أن يرفع أيضًا مستويات هالوبيريدول ، ولكنه قد يقلل من مستويات indinavir. قد يرتفع خطر النزيف إذا تم تناوله مع الأسبرين أو مضادات الالتهاب غير الستيروئيدية أو الوارفارين أو غيرها من أدوات الدم.
تحذير خطير: يمكن أن يؤدي تناول هذا الدواء مع Maois أو Linezolid أو الميثيلين الأزرق إلى تفاعل خطير يسمى متلازمة السيروتونين.
Mode of actions
يعمل Venlafaxine وشكله النشط ، O-desmethylvaxine ، عن طريق منع امتصاص السيروتونين والنورادرينيفرين في الدماغ ، كما أنهما يؤثران قليلاً على الدوبامين. ليس لديهم تأثير يذكر على مستقبلات المسكارينية ، الهستامين ، أو؟ Venlafaxine هو فعال مثل مضادات الاكتئاب الشائعة الأخرى ، ولكنه يميل إلى التسبب في آثار جانبية أقل مثل جفاف الفم ، والنعاس ، والمشاكل المتعلقة بالقلب.
Dosage & Administration
البالغين: PO الاكتئاب الأولي: 75 ملغ/يوم في 2-3 جرعات مقسمة ، وزيادة ببطء إذا لزم الأمر. الحد الأقصى: 375 ملغ/يوم.

الضعف الكبدي: معتدل إلى متوسط: تقليل الجرعة بنسبة 50 ٪.
Pregnancy & Lactation
