Side-effects
- 腹部不適（絞痛、痙攣）。 栓劑可能會引起刺激和直腸炎。
Drug Interactions
服藥1小時內，不要提供抗酸劑或牛奶（腸溶衣）。
Contraindications
急性手術性腹腔或腸阻塞、極度脫水、糞便嵌塞、長期使用都有可能。
Mode of actions
比沙可啶透過增強大腸蠕動來促進腸道排空。
Dosage & Administration
口服
便秘
成人：晚上 5-10 毫克。
兒童：>4 歲：夜間 5 毫克。
老年人：
口服
排便
成人：最初，手術前一天晚上服用 10-20 毫克，然後第二天早上直腸服用 10 毫克栓劑。
兒童：>10 歲：與成人劑量相同。 4-10 歲：手術前一天晚上 5 毫克，隔天早上直腸給藥 5 毫克栓劑。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
