Drug Interactions

Contraindications
لا تستخدمه إذا كان لديك حساسية من اللانولين أو فراميسيتين، أو إذا كانت العدوى ناجمة عن جراثيم مقاومة للفراميسيتين.
Mode of actions
فراميسيتين هو مضاد حيوي أمينوغليكوزيد والمكون الرئيسي في النيومايسين. وهو يعمل ضد العديد من أنواع البكتيريا سالبة الجرام (باستثناء الزائفة) وبعض أنواع بكتيريا المكورات العنقودية. ويشيع استخدامه كعلاج موضعي لالتهابات الجلد والعينين والأذنين، وغالبًا ما يتم دمجه مع المنشطات أو المضادات الحيوية الأخرى.
Dosage & Administration
بارافين لانو خفيف الوزن (لانولين لا مائي 10%) وبارافين أبيض ناعم 90% ضمادة شاش مشربة بـ 1% كبريتات فراميسيتين BP. توضع طبقة واحدة على مكان الإصابة وتغطى بضمادة مناسبة. في حالة الجروح ذات الإفرازات الغزيرة، قم بتغيير الضمادة مرة واحدة يوميًا.
Pregnancy & Lactation
على الرغم من أن دراسات التكاثر الحيواني أظهرت تأثيرًا سلبيًا على الجنين ولا توجد دراسات كافية ومراقبة بشكل جيد عند النساء الحوامل، إلا أنه خلال فترة الحمل، يمكن استخدام هذا الدواء فقط عندما تكون هناك حاجة إليه بالتأكيد على الرغم من المخاطر المحتملة.
