Drug Interactions

Contraindications
ল্যানোলিন বা ফ্র্যামাইসেটিনের প্রতি আপনার অ্যালার্জি থাকলে বা ফ্র্যামাইসেটিনের প্রতিরোধী জীবাণু দ্বারা সংক্রমণ হলে ব্যবহার করবেন না।
Mode of actions
ফ্র্যামাইসেটিন একটি অ্যামিনোগ্লাইকোসাইড অ্যান্টিবায়োটিক এবং নিওমাইসিনের প্রধান উপাদান। এটি অনেক ধরনের গ্রাম-নেগেটিভ ব্যাকটেরিয়া (সিউডোমোনাস বাদে) এবং কিছু ধরণের স্ট্যাফিলোকক্কাস ব্যাকটেরিয়ার বিরুদ্ধে কাজ করে। এটি সাধারণত স্টেরয়েড বা অন্যান্য অ্যান্টিবায়োটিকের সাথে মিলিত ত্বক, চোখ এবং কানের সংক্রমণের জন্য একটি সাময়িক চিকিত্সা হিসাবে ব্যবহৃত হয়।
Dosage & Administration
একটি লাইটওয়েট, ল্যানো-প্যারাফিন (এনহাইড্রাস ল্যানোলিন 10%) এবং সাদা নরম প্যারাফিন 90% গজ ড্রেসিং 1% ফ্র্যামাইসেটিন সালফেট বিপি সহ গর্ভবতী। ক্ষতটিতে একটি একক স্তর প্রয়োগ করুন এবং উপযুক্ত ড্রেসিংয়ের সাথে আচ্ছাদন করুন। ক্ষতের জন্য / প্রচুর পরিমাণে এক্সিউডেট প্রতিদিন একবার ড্রেসিং পরিবর্তন করুন।
Pregnancy & Lactation
যদিও প্রাণীর প্রজনন অধ্যয়ন ভ্রূণের উপর বিরূপ প্রভাব দেখিয়েছে এবং গর্ভবতী মহিলাদের মধ্যে কোন পর্যাপ্ত এবং সুনিয়ন্ত্রিত অধ্যয়ন নেই, তবে গর্ভাবস্থায়, সম্ভাব্য ঝুঁকি থাকা সত্ত্বেও এই ওষুধটি ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে যখন নিশ্চিতভাবে প্রয়োজন হয়।
একটি নবজাতক শিশুর মায়েরা যারা গর্ভাবস্থার শেষ 3 মাসে এই ওষুধটি ব্যবহার করেছেন তারা কদাচিৎ তন্দ্রা, পেশী শক্ত হওয়া বা ঝাঁকুনি, খাওয়ানো বা শ্বাসকষ্ট, ক্রমাগত কান্না সহ লক্ষণগুলি তৈরি করতে পারে। আপনি যদি আপনার শিশুর এই লক্ষণগুলির মধ্যে কোনটি লক্ষ্য করেন বিশেষ করে তাদের প্রথম মাসে, অবিলম্বে ডাক্তারকে বলুন।
