Drug Interactions
फ्रैमाइसेटिन के साथ ग्रैमिसिडिन का उपयोग करने से बैक्टीरिया के प्रतिरोधी बनने की संभावना कम हो जाती है।
Contraindications

Mode of actions
फ़्रेमाइसेटिन एक एमिनोग्लाइकोसाइड एंटीबायोटिक है और नियोमाइसिन में मुख्य घटक है। यह कई प्रकार के ग्राम-नेगेटिव बैक्टीरिया (स्यूडोमोनास को छोड़कर) और कुछ प्रकार के स्टैफिलोकोकस बैक्टीरिया के खिलाफ काम करता है। इसका उपयोग आमतौर पर त्वचा, आंखों और कानों के संक्रमण के लिए एक सामयिक उपचार के रूप में किया जाता है, जिसे अक्सर स्टेरॉयड या अन्य एंटीबायोटिक दवाओं के साथ जोड़ा जाता है।
Dosage & Administration
एक हल्का, लैनो-पैराफिन (निर्जल लैनोलिन 10%) और सफेद मुलायम पैराफिन 90% गॉज ड्रेसिंग 1% फ़्रेमाइसेटिन सल्फेट बीपी के साथ संसेचित। घाव पर एक परत लगाएं और उपयुक्त ड्रेसिंग से ढक दें। अत्यधिक स्राव वाले घावों के लिए प्रतिदिन एक बार ड्रेसिंग बदलें।
Pregnancy & Lactation
यद्यपि पशु प्रजनन अध्ययनों ने भ्रूण पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव दिखाया है और गर्भवती महिलाओं में कोई पर्याप्त और अच्छी तरह से नियंत्रित अध्ययन नहीं हैं, लेकिन गर्भावस्था के दौरान, संभावित जोखिमों के बावजूद, इस दवा का उपयोग केवल तभी किया जा सकता है जब इसकी आवश्यकता हो।
