Mode of actions

Dosage & Administration
口服
便秘
成人：50-500 mg/天，分 1-4 次服用。
兒童：6-12歲：40-120毫克/天； 3-6 歲：20-60 毫克/天。 分1-4次服用。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
