Drug Interactions
يمكن لبعض الأدوية زيادة كمية الدواء في الدم عن طريق التأثير على إنزيمات الكبد. ومن الأمثلة على ذلك أزيثروميسين، وسيميتيدين، وإريثروميسين، وفلوكستين، والكيتوكونازول.
استخدام هذا الدواء مع بعض الأدوية الأخرى يمكن أن يزيد من خطر الآثار الجانبية:
- يزداد خطر الإصابة بارتفاع ضغط الدم وعدم انتظام ضربات القلب إذا تم تناوله مع أدوية القلب (مثل جليكوسيدات القلب أو الكينيدين أو مضادات الاكتئاب ثلاثية الحلقات).
- هناك فرصة أكبر لحدوث انقباض قوي للأوعية الدموية إذا تم استخدامه مع قلويدات الشقران أو الأوكسيتوسين.
- تناول هذا الدواء مع مثبطات MAO (MAOIs) قد يسبب زيادة خطيرة في ضغط الدم (أزمة ارتفاع ضغط الدم).
- استخدامه مع بعض أدوية التخدير (مثل السيكلوبروبان والهالوثان وغيرها من أدوية التخدير المهلجنة) أو أدوية ضغط الدم (خافضات ضغط الدم) قد يسبب تفاعلات.
Mode of actions
ديسلوراتادين هو دواء حساسية طويل الأمد ولا يسبب النعاس. وهو يعمل عن طريق منع مستقبلات الهستامين H1 خارج الدماغ ويمنع بعض الخلايا المناعية من إطلاق المواد التي تسبب الالتهاب.
يعمل السودوإيفيدرين عن طريق تنشيط مستقبلات ألفا وبيتا الأدرينالية. يؤدي إلى تضييق الأوعية الدموية في الأنف، مما يقلل من الاحتقان. كما أنه يريح الشعب الهوائية ويمكن أن يزيد من معدل ضربات القلب وقوة نبضات القلب.
Dosage & Administration
PO: البالغين والمراهقين بعمر 12 سنة أو أكثر: قرص واحد (2.5 ملغ من ديسلوراتادين / 120 ملغ من السودوإيفيدرين) 12 ساعة.
قرص واحد (5 ملجم ديسلوراتادين / 240 ملجم سودوإيفيدرين) كل 24 ساعة.
Pregnancy & Lactation
على الرغم من أن دراسات التكاثر الحيواني أظهرت تأثيرًا سلبيًا على الجنين ولا توجد دراسات كافية ومراقبة بشكل جيد عند النساء الحوامل، إلا أنه خلال فترة الحمل، يمكن استخدام هذا الدواء فقط عندما تكون هناك حاجة إليه بالتأكيد على الرغم من المخاطر المحتملة.
نادراً ما تظهر على الأمهات اللاتي لديهن طفل حديث الولادة والذين استخدموا هذا الدواء خلال الأشهر الثلاثة الأخيرة من الحمل أعراض بما في ذلك النعاس، وتصلب العضلات أو الارتعاش، ومشاكل التغذية أو التنفس، والبكاء المستمر. إذا لاحظت أياً من هذه الأعراض لدى طفلك خاصة خلال شهره الأول، أخبري الطبيب فوراً.
ينتقل هذا الدواء إلى حليب الثدي. تحدثي مع طبيبك قبل الرضاعة الطبيعية.
