Drug Interactions
يمكن أن تزيد بعض الأدوية من كمية الأدوية في دمك عن طريق التأثير على إنزيمات الكبد. ومن الأمثلة على ذلك أزيثروميسين ، سيميتيدين ، الإريثروميسين ، فلوكستين ، والكيتوكونازول.
يمكن أن يؤدي استخدام هذا الدواء مع بعض الأدوية الأخرى إلى زيادة خطر الآثار الجانبية:
- يكون خطر ارتفاع ضغط الدم ونبضات القلب غير المنتظمة أعلى إذا كان مع أدوية القلب (مثل جليكوسيدات القلب أو الكينيدين أو مضادات الاكتئاب ثلاثية الحلقات).
- هناك فرصة أعلى لانتقاط الأوعية الدموية القوية إذا تم استخدامها مع قلويدات Ergot أو الأوكسيتوسين.
- قد يتسبب تناول هذا الدواء مع مثبطات MAO (MAOIS) في زيادة خطيرة في ضغط الدم (أزمة ارتفاع ضغط الدم).
- استخدامه مع بعض التخدير (مثل السيكلوبروبان ، الهالوثان ، وغيرها من التخدير المليء بالهالوجين) أو أدوية ضغط الدم (خافضات مضادات الجوهرة) قد تسبب تفاعلات.
Mode of actions
ديسوراتادين هو دواء حساسية طويل الأمد لا يسبب النعاس. إنه يعمل عن طريق منع مستقبلات الهستامين H1 خارج الدماغ ويوقف بعض الخلايا المناعية من إطلاق المواد التي تسبب التهاب.
يعمل Pseudoephedrine عن طريق تنشيط مستقبلات ألفا وبيتا الأدرينالية. يسبب الأوعية الدموية في الأنف تضيق ، مما يقلل من الازدحام. كما أنه يريح الشعب الهوائية ويمكن أن يزيد من معدل ضربات القلب وقوة نبضات القلب.
Dosage & Administration
PO: البالغين والمراهقين من 12 عامًا أو أكثر: جهاز لوحي واحد (2.5 ملغ ديسوراتادين/120 ملغ pseudoephedrine) 12 ساعة.
1 قرص (5 ملغ ديسوراتادين/240 ملغ pseudoephedrine) 24 ساعة.
Pregnancy & Lactation
