Drug Interactions
Einige Medikamente können die Medikamentenmenge in Ihrem Blut erhöhen, indem sie Leberenzyme beeinflussen. Beispiele sind Azithromycin, Cimetidin, Erythromycin, Fluoxetin und Ketoconazol.
Die Verwendung dieses Medikaments mit bestimmten anderen Medikamenten kann das Risiko von Nebenwirkungen erhöhen:
- Das Risiko eines Bluthochdrucks und eines unregelmäßigen Herzschlags ist höher, wenn sie mit Herzmedikamenten eingenommen werden (z. B. Herzglykoside, Chinidin oder trizyklische Antidepressiva).
- Es besteht eine höhere Wahrscheinlichkeit einer starken Blutgefäßverengung, wenn sie mit Ergot -Alkaloiden oder Oxytocin verwendet wird.
- Das Einnehmen dieses Medikaments mit MAO -Inhibitoren (maois) kann zu einem gefährlichen Anstieg des Blutdrucks (hypertensive Krise) führen.
- Die Verwendung mit bestimmten Anästhetika (wie Cyclopropan, Halothan und anderen halogenierten Anästhetika) oder Blutdruckmedikamenten (Antihypertensiva) kann Wechselwirkungen verursachen.
Mode of actions
Desloratadin ist eine lang anhaltende Allergie-Medizin, die keine Schläfrigkeit verursacht. Es blockiert Histamin -H1 -Rezeptoren außerhalb des Gehirns und verhindert, dass bestimmte Immunzellen Substanzen freisetzen, die Entzündungen verursachen.
Pseudoephedrin funktioniert durch Aktivieren von Alpha- und Beta-adrenergen Rezeptoren. Es schenkt sich Blutgefäße in der Nase, wodurch die Stauung verringert wird. Es entspannt auch die Atemwege und kann die Herzfrequenz und die Stärke von Herzschlägen erhöhen.
Dosage & Administration
PO: Erwachsene und Jugendliche von 12 Jahren oder mehr: 1 Tablette (2,5 mg Desloratadin/120 mg Pseudoephedrin) 12 Stunden.
1 Tablette (5 mg Desloratadin/240 mg Pseudoephedrin) 24 Stunden.
Pregnancy & Lactation
Obwohl Studien zur Reproduktion von Tieren einen nachteiligen Effekt auf den Fötus gezeigt haben und es keine angemessenen und gut kontrollierten Studien bei schwangeren Frauen gibt, aber während der Schwangerschaft kann dieses Arzneimittel nur dann angewendet werden, wenn sie trotz potenzieller Risiken definitiv erforderlich sind.
Mütter mit einem neugeborenen Baby, das dieses Medikament in den letzten 3 Monaten der Schwangerschaft angewendet hat, können selten Symptome erzeugen, einschließlich Schläfrigkeit, Muskelsteifheit oder Wackeligkeit, Fütterung oder Atembeschwerden, ständiges Weinen. Wenn Sie eine dieser Symptome des Ihres Babys insbesondere im ersten Monat feststellen, teilen Sie dem Arzt sofort mit.
Diese Medizin geht in Muttermilch über. Sprechen Sie vor dem Stillen mit Ihrem Arzt.
