Drug Interactions
কিছু ওষুধ লিভারের এনজাইমগুলিকে প্রভাবিত করে আপনার রক্তে ওষুধের পরিমাণ বাড়িয়ে তুলতে পারে। উদাহরণগুলির মধ্যে রয়েছে অ্যাজিথ্রোমাইসিন, সিমেটিডাইন, এরিথ্রোমাইসিন, ফ্লুঅক্সেটিন এবং কেটোকোনাজল।
কিছু অন্যান্য ওষুধের সাথে এই ওষুধটি ব্যবহার করে পার্শ্ব প্রতিক্রিয়াগুলির ঝুঁকি বাড়িয়ে তুলতে পারে:
- উচ্চ রক্তচাপ এবং অনিয়মিত হার্টবিট হওয়ার ঝুঁকি যদি হার্টের ওষুধগুলি (যেমন কার্ডিয়াক গ্লাইকোসাইডস, কুইনিডাইন বা ট্রাইসাইক্লিক এন্টিডিপ্রেসেন্টস) দিয়ে নেওয়া হয় তবে বেশি।
- এরগোট অ্যালকালয়েড বা অক্সিটোসিন দিয়ে ব্যবহার করা হলে শক্তিশালী রক্তনালীগুলির সংকোচনের উচ্চতর সম্ভাবনা রয়েছে।
- এমএও ইনহিবিটারদের (এমএওআইএস) সাথে এই ওষুধ গ্রহণের ফলে রক্তচাপ (হাইপারটেনসিভ সংকট) বিপজ্জনক বৃদ্ধি হতে পারে।
- এটি নির্দিষ্ট অবেদনিক (যেমন সাইক্লোপ্রোপেন, হ্যালোথেন এবং অন্যান্য হ্যালোজেনেটেড অ্যানাস্থেসিকস) বা রক্তচাপের ওষুধগুলি (অ্যান্টিহাইপারটেনসিভস) দিয়ে এটি ব্যবহার করে মিথস্ক্রিয়া হতে পারে।
Mode of actions
ডেস্লোরাটাদাইন একটি দীর্ঘস্থায়ী অ্যালার্জির ওষুধ যা তন্দ্রা সৃষ্টি করে না। এটি মস্তিষ্কের বাইরে হিস্টামাইন এইচ 1 রিসেপ্টরগুলি ব্লক করে কাজ করে এবং নির্দিষ্ট প্রতিরোধক কোষগুলিকে প্রদাহজনিত পদার্থ প্রকাশ করা থেকে বিরত রাখে।
সিউডোফিড্রিন আলফা এবং বিটা-অ্যাড্রেনার্জিক রিসেপ্টরগুলি সক্রিয় করে কাজ করে। এটি নাকের রক্তনালীগুলি সংকীর্ণ করে তোলে, যা যানজট হ্রাস করে। এটি এয়ারওয়েজকেও শিথিল করে এবং হার্টের হার এবং হার্টবিটগুলির শক্তি বাড়িয়ে তুলতে পারে।
Dosage & Administration
পিও: 12 বছর বা তার বেশি বয়সী প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের এবং কৈশোর: 1 ট্যাবলেট (2.5 মিলিগ্রাম ডেস্লোরেটাডাইন/120 মিলিগ্রাম সিউডোফিড্রিন) 12 ঘন্টা।
1 ট্যাবলেট (5 মিলিগ্রাম ডেস্লোরেটাডাইন/240 মিলিগ্রাম সিউডোফিড্রিন) 24 ঘন্টা।
Pregnancy & Lactation
যদিও প্রাণীর প্রজনন অধ্যয়নগুলি ভ্রূণের উপর বিরূপ প্রভাব দেখিয়েছে এবং গর্ভবতী মহিলাদের মধ্যে পর্যাপ্ত এবং সু-নিয়ন্ত্রিত অধ্যয়ন নেই, তবে গর্ভাবস্থায়, সম্ভাব্য ঝুঁকি থাকা সত্ত্বেও এই ওষুধটি কেবল অবশ্যই ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে।
গর্ভাবস্থার গত 3 মাসের মধ্যে এই ড্রাগটি ব্যবহার করেছেন এমন একটি নবজাতকের বাচ্চা সহ মায়েরা খুব কমই তন্দ্রা, পেশী শক্ত বা ঝাঁকুনি, খাওয়ানো বা শ্বাসকষ্ট, ধ্রুবক কান্নার সহ লক্ষণগুলি তৈরি করতে পারে। আপনি যদি বিশেষত তাদের প্রথম মাসে আপনার শিশুর এই লক্ষণগুলির কোনওটি লক্ষ্য করেন তবে অবিলম্বে ডাক্তারকে বলুন।
এই ওষুধটি বুকের দুধে যায়। বুকের দুধ খাওয়ানোর আগে আপনার ডাক্তারের সাথে কথা বলুন।
