Drug Interactions
Beberapa obat dapat meningkatkan jumlah obat dalam darah Anda dengan mempengaruhi enzim hati. Contohnya termasuk azithromycin, cimetidine, eritromisin, fluoxetine, dan ketoconazole.
Menggunakan obat ini dengan obat lain tertentu dapat meningkatkan risiko efek samping:
- Risiko tekanan darah tinggi dan detak jantung tidak teratur lebih tinggi jika diminum dengan obat jantung (seperti glikosida jantung, quinidine, atau antidepresan trisiklik).
- Ada kemungkinan lebih tinggi dari penyempitan pembuluh darah yang kuat jika digunakan dengan alkaloid ergot atau oksitosin.
- Mengambil obat ini dengan MAO inhibitor (MAOI) dapat menyebabkan peningkatan tekanan darah yang berbahaya (krisis hipertensi).
- Menggunakannya dengan anestesi tertentu (seperti siklopropane, halotan, dan anestesi terhalogenasi lainnya) atau obat -obatan tekanan darah (antihipertensi) dapat menyebabkan interaksi.
Mode of actions
Desloratadine adalah obat alergi yang tahan lama yang tidak menyebabkan kantuk. Ia bekerja dengan memblokir reseptor histamin H1 di luar otak dan menghentikan sel -sel kekebalan tertentu dari pelepasan zat yang menyebabkan peradangan.
Pseudoephedrine bekerja dengan mengaktifkan reseptor alpha dan beta-adrenergik. Ini menyebabkan pembuluh darah di hidung menyempit, yang mengurangi kemacetan. Ini juga melonggarkan saluran udara dan dapat meningkatkan detak jantung dan kekuatan detak jantung.
Dosage & Administration
PO: Orang dewasa dan remaja 12 tahun atau lebih: 1 tablet (2,5 mg desloratadine/120 mg pseudoephedrine) 12 jam.
1 tablet (5 mg desloratadine/240 mg pseudoephedrine) 24 jam.
Pregnancy & Lactation
Meskipun studi reproduksi hewan telah menunjukkan efek buruk pada janin dan tidak ada studi yang memadai dan terkontrol dengan baik pada wanita hamil, tetapi selama kehamilan, obat ini dapat digunakan tepat ketika pasti diperlukan meskipun ada risiko potensial.
Ibu dengan bayi yang baru lahir yang telah menggunakan obat ini selama 3 bulan terakhir kehamilan mungkin jarang menciptakan gejala termasuk kantuk, kekakuan otot atau gemetar, memberi makan atau masalah pernapasan, menangis terus -menerus. Jika Anda melihat salah satu dari gejala bayi Anda ini terutama selama bulan pertama mereka, segera beri tahu dokter.
Obat ini masuk ke ASI. Bicaralah dengan dokter Anda sebelum menyusui.
