Drug Interactions
کچھ دوائیں جگر کے خامروں کو متاثر کرکے آپ کے خون میں دوائیوں کی مقدار میں اضافہ کرسکتی ہیں۔ مثالوں میں ایزیتھومائسن ، سیمیٹائڈائن ، ایریتھومائسن ، فلوکسٹیٹین ، اور کیٹوکونازول شامل ہیں۔
اس دوا کو کچھ دوسری دوائیوں کے ساتھ استعمال کرنے سے ضمنی اثرات کے خطرے میں اضافہ ہوسکتا ہے۔
- اگر دل کی دوائیوں (جیسے کارڈیک گلائکوسائڈس ، کوئنڈائن ، یا ٹرائیسکلک اینٹی ڈپریسنٹس) کے ساتھ لیا گیا ہو تو ہائی بلڈ پریشر اور فاسد دل کی دھڑکن کا خطرہ زیادہ ہے۔
- اگر ایرگٹ الکلائڈز یا آکسیٹوسن کے ساتھ استعمال کیا جائے تو مضبوط خون کی نالیوں کی مجبوری کا زیادہ امکان ہے۔
- اس دوا کو ایم اے او انابائٹرز (ایم او آئی ایس) کے ساتھ لے جانے سے بلڈ پریشر (ہائی بلڈ پریشر بحران) میں خطرناک اضافہ ہوسکتا ہے۔
- اس کا استعمال کچھ اینستھیٹکس (جیسے سائکلوپروپن ، ہالوتھین ، اور دیگر ہالوجینٹڈ اینستھیٹیککس) یا بلڈ پریشر کی دوائیں (اینٹی ہائپرٹینسیوس) کے ساتھ کرتے ہیں۔
Mode of actions
ڈیسلورٹاڈائن ایک دیرپا الرجی کی دوا ہے جو غنودگی کا سبب نہیں بنتی ہے۔ یہ دماغ کے باہر ہسٹامائن H1 رسیپٹرز کو مسدود کرکے کام کرتا ہے اور کچھ مدافعتی خلیوں کو مادے کو جاری کرنے سے روکتا ہے جو سوزش کا سبب بنتے ہیں۔
سیوڈو فیدرین الفا اور بیٹا-ایڈرینجک رسیپٹرز کو چالو کرکے کام کرتی ہے۔ یہ ناک میں خون کی نالیوں کو تنگ کرنے کا سبب بنتا ہے ، جو بھیڑ کو کم کرتا ہے۔ یہ ایئر ویز کو بھی آرام دیتا ہے اور دل کی شرح اور دل کی دھڑکن کی طاقت میں اضافہ کرسکتا ہے۔
Dosage & Administration
پی او: بالغوں اور 12 سال یا اس سے زیادہ عمر کے نوجوان: 1 گولی (2.5 ملی گرام ڈیسلورٹاڈین/120 ملی گرام سیوڈوفیڈرین) 12 گھنٹہ۔
1 گولی (5 ملی گرام ڈیسلورٹاڈین/240 ملی گرام سیوڈوفیڈرین) 24 گھنٹہ۔
Pregnancy & Lactation
اگرچہ جانوروں کے تولیدی مطالعات نے جنین پر منفی اثر ظاہر کیا ہے اور حاملہ خواتین میں مناسب اور اچھی طرح سے کنٹرول شدہ مطالعات نہیں ہیں ، لیکن حمل کے دوران ، اس دوا کو استعمال کیا جاسکتا ہے جب ممکنہ خطرات کے باوجود یقینی طور پر ضرورت ہوتی ہے۔
نوزائیدہ بچے والی ماؤں جنہوں نے حمل کے آخری 3 مہینوں کے دوران اس دوا کو استعمال کیا ہے ، شاید شاذ و نادر ہی علامات پیدا کرسکتی ہے جس میں غنودگی ، پٹھوں کی سختی یا ہلچل ، کھانا کھلانے یا سانس لینے کی پریشانیوں ، مستقل رونے سمیت علامات پیدا ہوسکتے ہیں۔ اگر آپ کو خاص طور پر پہلے مہینے کے دوران اپنے بچے کی ان علامات میں سے کوئی بھی محسوس ہوتا ہے تو ، فوری طور پر ڈاکٹر کو بتائیں۔
یہ دوا دودھ کے دودھ میں جاتی ہے۔ دودھ پلانے سے پہلے اپنے ڈاکٹر سے بات کریں۔
