Precautions and warnings

Side-effects
- الإمساك، فقدان الشهية، الغثيان. الدوخة والهزات الجميلة. تفاقم أعراض الجهاز التنفسي لدى الأفراد المعرضين؛ ترنح، نعاس، صداع، ارتباك. فقدان الرغبة الجنسية، والخلل الحركي. الاعتماد؛ اضطرابات بصرية وزيادة الوزن. قد تكون قاتلة: اكتئاب الجهاز التنفسي.
Drug Interactions
تتم إزالة كلوبازام من الكبد بشكل أسرع عند تناوله مع الفينيتوين أو الفينوباربيتال أو كاربامازيبين. من ناحية أخرى، يمكن للسيميتيدين رفع مستويات كلوبازام في الجسم.
تحذير: تناول كلوبازام مع الكحول أو الحبوب المنومة أو مضادات الاكتئاب المهدئة يمكن أن يزيد بشكل كبير من خطر الآثار الجانبية الخطيرة التي تؤثر على الدماغ والجهاز العصبي.
Contraindications
لا تستخدمه إذا كان لديك حساسية من الدواء، أو لديك تاريخ من إدمان المخدرات، أو تعاني من الوهن العضلي الوبيل. تجنب تناوله خلال الأشهر الثلاثة الأولى من الحمل وأثناء الرضاعة الطبيعية. لا تستخدمه إذا كنت تعاني من مشاكل حادة في الكبد، أو توقف التنفس أثناء النوم، أو صعوبات في التنفس.
Mode of actions
يرتبط كلوبازام ببعض مستقبلات GABA في أجزاء مختلفة من الجهاز العصبي المركزي، مثل الجهاز الحوفي والتكوين الشبكي. يؤدي هذا إلى دخول المزيد من أيونات الكلوريد إلى الخلايا العصبية، مما يزيد من تأثير GABA المهدئ. ونتيجة لذلك، تصبح الخلايا العصبية أكثر استقرارًا وأقل عرضة للتنشيط.
Dosage & Administration

علاج القلق على المدى القصير، مساعد في علاج الصرع
للبالغين: 20-30 مجم كجرعة وحيدة ليلاً أو كجرعات مقسمة يومياً، وتزيد إلى 60 مجم/يوم في الحالات الشديدة.
الأطفال: 3-12 سنة: 125 ميكروجرام/كجم زيادة كل 5 أيام. جرعة الصيانة المعتادة: 250 ميكروجرام/كجم عرضًا. الحد الأقصى: 500 ميكروجرام/كجم عرضًا.
كبار السن: أو المرضى الضعفاء: 10-20 ملغ يومياً.
اختلال كبدي: قد تكون هناك حاجة لتعديل الجرعة.
Pregnancy & Lactation
على الرغم من أن دراسات التكاثر الحيواني أظهرت تأثيرًا سلبيًا على الجنين ولا توجد دراسات كافية ومراقبة بشكل جيد عند النساء الحوامل، إلا أنه خلال فترة الحمل، يمكن استخدام هذا الدواء فقط عندما تكون هناك حاجة إليه بالتأكيد على الرغم من المخاطر المحتملة.
نادراً ما تظهر على الأمهات اللاتي لديهن طفل حديث الولادة والذين استخدموا هذا الدواء خلال الأشهر الثلاثة الأخيرة من الحمل أعراض بما في ذلك النعاس، وتصلب العضلات أو الارتعاش، ومشاكل التغذية أو التنفس، والبكاء المستمر. إذا لاحظت أياً من هذه الأعراض لدى طفلك خاصة خلال شهره الأول، أخبري الطبيب فوراً.
