Precautions and warnings
এই ওষুধটি দক্ষ কাজগুলি করা বা বিপজ্জনক ক্রিয়াকলাপগুলি করা কঠিন করে তুলতে পারে। বয়স্ক প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক, কিডনি বা লিভারের সমস্যাযুক্ত ব্যক্তিরা, যারা অ্যালকোহল পান করেন এবং যাদের ওজন বেশি তাদের সাবধানতার সাথে ব্যবহার করুন। আপনার যদি এটি গ্রহণ বন্ধ করতে হয় তবে হঠাৎ বন্ধ না করে ধীরে ধীরে ডোজ কমিয়ে দিন।

Drug Interactions
ফেনাইটোইন, ফেনোবারবিটাল বা কার্বামাজেপিনের সাথে নেওয়া হলে ক্লোবাজাম লিভার থেকে দ্রুত পরিষ্কার হয়। অন্যদিকে, সিমেটিডিন শরীরে ক্লোবাজামের মাত্রা বাড়াতে পারে।
সতর্কতা: অ্যালকোহল, ঘুমের বড়ি, বা উপশমকারী অ্যান্টিডিপ্রেসেন্টের সাথে ক্লোবাজাম গ্রহণ মস্তিষ্ক এবং স্নায়ুতন্ত্রকে প্রভাবিত করে গুরুতর পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়ার ঝুঁকি বাড়িয়ে তুলতে পারে।
Contraindications
ওষুধের প্রতি আপনার অ্যালার্জি থাকলে, মাদকাসক্তির ইতিহাস থাকলে বা মায়াস্থেনিয়া গ্র্যাভিস থাকলে ব্যবহার করবেন না। গর্ভাবস্থার প্রথম ত্রৈমাসিকে এবং বুকের দুধ খাওয়ানোর সময় এড়িয়ে চলুন। আপনার লিভারের গুরুতর সমস্যা, ঘুমের শ্বাসকষ্ট বা শ্বাসকষ্ট থাকলে ব্যবহার করবেন না।
Mode of actions
ক্লোবাজাম কেন্দ্রীয় স্নায়ুতন্ত্রের বিভিন্ন অংশে নির্দিষ্ট GABA রিসেপ্টরকে সংযুক্ত করে, যেমন লিম্বিক সিস্টেম এবং জালিকার গঠন। এর ফলে স্নায়ু কোষে আরও ক্লোরাইড আয়ন প্রবেশ করে, যা GABA এর শান্ত প্রভাব বাড়ায়। ফলস্বরূপ, স্নায়ু কোষগুলি আরও স্থিতিশীল হয়ে ওঠে এবং সক্রিয় হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা কম।

মৌখিক
উদ্বেগের স্বল্পমেয়াদী ব্যবস্থাপনা, মৃগীরোগে সহায়ক
প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: রাতে একক ডোজ হিসাবে 20-30 মিলিগ্রাম বা দৈনিক বিভক্ত ডোজ হিসাবে, গুরুতর পরিস্থিতিতে 60 মিলিগ্রাম/দিনে বৃদ্ধি পায়।
শিশু: 3-12 বছর: 125 mcg/kg দর প্রতি 5 দিনে বৃদ্ধি পায়। সাধারণ রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ ডোজ: 250 mcg/kg বিড। সর্বোচ্চ: 500 mcg/kg বিড।
বয়স্ক: বা দুর্বল রোগী: প্রতিদিন 10-20 মিলিগ্রাম।
হেপাটিক বৈকল্য: ডোজ সমন্বয় প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।
Pregnancy & Lactation
যদিও প্রাণীর প্রজনন অধ্যয়ন ভ্রূণের উপর বিরূপ প্রভাব দেখিয়েছে এবং গর্ভবতী মহিলাদের মধ্যে কোন পর্যাপ্ত এবং সুনিয়ন্ত্রিত অধ্যয়ন নেই, তবে গর্ভাবস্থায়, সম্ভাব্য ঝুঁকি থাকা সত্ত্বেও এই ওষুধটি ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে যখন নিশ্চিতভাবে প্রয়োজন হয়।
একটি নবজাতক শিশুর মায়েরা যারা গর্ভাবস্থার শেষ 3 মাসে এই ওষুধটি ব্যবহার করেছেন তারা কদাচিৎ তন্দ্রা, পেশী শক্ত হওয়া বা ঝাঁকুনি, খাওয়ানো বা শ্বাসকষ্ট, ক্রমাগত কান্না সহ লক্ষণগুলি তৈরি করতে পারে। আপনি যদি আপনার শিশুর এই লক্ষণগুলির মধ্যে কোনটি লক্ষ্য করেন বিশেষ করে তাদের প্রথম মাসে, অবিলম্বে ডাক্তারকে বলুন।
এই ওষুধটি বুকের দুধে প্রবেশ করে। বুকের দুধ খাওয়ানোর আগে আপনার ডাক্তারের সাথে কথা বলুন।
