Precautions and warnings

Drug Interactions

Contraindications

Mode of actions

Dosage & Administration
بالغ: PO بے چینی 1-6 ملی گرام فی دن 2 یا 3 تقسیم شدہ خوراکوں میں، 10 ملی گرام فی دن تک۔
بے خوابی سے وابستہ اضطراب 1-4 ملی گرام فی دن سونے کے وقت۔
cytotoxic تھراپی کے ساتھ منسلک متلی اور قے کی روک تھام معتدل ایمیٹوجینک کیموتھراپی کے لیے: antiemetic تھراپی میں 1-2 ملی گرام شامل کر سکتے ہیں۔
آپریشن سے ایک رات پہلے سرجری میں 2-3 ملی گرام، پھر ضرورت پڑنے پر صبح ایک چھوٹی خوراک۔
بوڑھے یا کمزور مریضوں کے لیے، 1 سے 2 ملی گرام فی دن کی ابتدائی خوراک تقسیم شدہ خوراکوں میں تجویز کی جاتی ہے، اسے ضرورت کے مطابق ایڈجسٹ کیا جائے اور برداشت کیا جائے۔
IV سٹیٹس ایپی لیپٹیکس 4 ملی گرام، اگر ضرورت ہو تو 10-15 منٹ کے بعد ایک بار دہرائیں۔
شدید نگہداشت میں سکون آور دوا 0.02-0.06 ملی گرام/کلوگرام 2-6 گھنٹہ بطور انج یا 0.01-0.1 ملی گرام/کلوگرام/گھنٹہ مسلسل انفیوژن کے طور پر۔
IV/IM شدید اضطراب 25-30 mcg/kg 6 گھنٹہ اگر ضرورت ہو۔
سرجری میں پیش کردہ 50 mcg/kg، اگر IV inj کے ذریعے دیا جائے تو آپریشن سے 30-45 منٹ پہلے دیا جائے یا اگر IM inj کے ذریعے دیا جائے تو آپریشن سے 1-1.5 گھنٹے پہلے دیا جائے۔
Pregnancy & Lactation
حمل کے دوران اس دوا کی اجازت نہیں ہے۔ اگر آپ حاملہ ہیں تو اسے استعمال نہ کریں۔ یہ جلد اور پھیپھڑوں کے ذریعے جذب ہو سکتا ہے جس کی وجہ سے آپ کے بچے کے اعضاء کو نقصان پہنچ سکتا ہے اور پیدائشی معذوری کا سبب بن سکتا ہے۔ علاج کے دوران اور اس دوا کو روکنے کے بعد چھ ماہ تک سخت موثر برتھ کنٹرول۔ اگر آپ حاملہ ہو جاتی ہیں، تو اس دوا کو لینا بند کر دیں اور فوراً اپنے ڈاکٹر سے بات کریں۔
اس بارے میں کوئی خاص معلومات نہیں ہے کہ آیا یہ دوا چھاتی کے دودھ میں جاتی ہے یا نہیں۔ بچوں کے لیے ممکنہ خطرات کو مدنظر رکھتے ہوئے، اس دوا کے استعمال کے دوران دودھ پلانے کی سفارش نہیں کی جاتی ہے اور آخری خوراک کے کم از کم دو ہفتے بعد۔ دودھ پلانے سے پہلے اپنے ڈاکٹر سے مشورہ کریں۔
