Precautions and warnings

Drug Interactions

Mode of actions

Dosage & Administration
口服
憂鬱症
成人：鹽酸鹽：每日 25-75 mg，分 3 次服用，必要時以 25 mg 增量，每隔 1-2 週逐漸增加至 150 mg/天。 嚴重憂鬱症患者每天最多 225 毫克。
老年人：初始：每日 25 毫克。 如有需要，可依反應緩慢增加至每日 50-75 毫克。
Pregnancy & Lactation
雖然動物生殖研究顯示出不良影響，甚至有時無法證明對胎兒的風險，並且在孕婦中沒有充分和良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，這種藥物可以在確實需要時使用。
