Precautions and warnings

Side-effects
- 食欲和体重增加，水肿；嗜睡或镇静；头晕、头痛、肝酶水平升高；黄疸。 直立性低血壓、皮疹、惡夢、激動、躁狂、幻覺、感覺異常、抽搐、震顫、肌陣攣、靜坐不能、不安腿症候群、關節痛、肌肉痛、可逆性粒細胞缺乏症、白血球減少症、粒細胞減少症、低鈉血症。
Drug Interactions
將這種藥物與酒精或苯二氮平類藥物一起服用會讓您感到更困。 某些藥物，如強效 CYP3A4 抑制劑（例如：HIV 蛋白酶抑制劑、抗真菌藥物，如酮康唑、紅黴素和奈法唑酮），可能會增加血液中該藥物的含量。 其他藥物，如卡馬西平和其他 CYP3A4 誘導劑，可以降低其水平。 西咪替丁可以使您的身體吸收更多的藥物。
危險：請勿與 MAOI 同時使用該藥物，或停止 MAOI 治療後兩週內使用。 停用米氮平後至少等待一周，然後再開始使用任何可能引起危險反應的藥物（例如苯乙肼）。
Contraindications
對米氮平或片劑中任何其他成分過敏的人不應使用米氮平片。
Mode of actions

Dosage & Administration

Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
