Precautions and warnings

Drug Interactions
Лекарства, влияющие на центральную нервную систему (например, барбитураты, фенотиазины, антидепрессанты и ИМАО), при совместном приеме могут усиливать воздействие на мозг. Скополамин может вызвать у вас сонливость, а также галлюцинации или необычное поведение. Кофеин, теофиллин или аминофиллин могут снизить эффективность седативных и успокаивающих препаратов. Прием скополамина с вальпроатом натрия или пробенецидом может увеличить количество препарата в крови.
Contraindications
Серьезные проблемы с печенью, затрудненное дыхание, острая узкоугольная глаукома, беременность или кормление грудью.
Mode of actions
Лоразепам – быстродействующий препарат из семейства бензодиазепинов. Он действует путем прикрепления к специфическим рецепторам нервных клеток головного мозга, особенно в таких областях, как лимбическая система и ретикулярная формация. Это действие увеличивает приток ионов хлора в клетки, что усиливает успокаивающее действие химического вещества на мозг, называемого ГАМК. В результате нервные клетки становятся более стабильными и с меньшей вероятностью становятся сверхактивными.
Dosage & Administration
Взрослые: ПО Тревога 1-6 мг/день в 2 или 3 приема, до 10 мг/день.
Бессонница, связанная с тревогой: 1–4 мг/день перед сном.
Профилактика тошноты и рвоты, связанных с цитотоксической терапией. При умеренно рвотной химиотерапии: к противорвотной терапии можно добавить 1–2 мг.
Премед во время операции: 2–3 мг вечером перед операцией, затем при необходимости меньшая доза утром.
Для пожилых или ослабленных пациентов рекомендуется начальная доза от 1 до 2 мг/день в несколько приемов с корректировкой по мере необходимости и переносимости.
Эпилептический статус внутривенно 4 мг, при необходимости повторить один раз через 10–15 минут.
Седация в отделениях интенсивной терапии 0,02–0,06 мг/кг каждые 2–6 часов в виде инъекций или 0,01–0,1 мг/кг/час в виде непрерывной инфузии.
В/в/в/м. Острая тревожность 25–30 мкг/кг каждые 6 часов при необходимости.
Премед во время операции 50 мкг/кг, вводится за 30–45 минут до операции, если вводится внутривенно, или за 1–1,5 часа до операции, если вводится внутримышечно.
Pregnancy & Lactation
Это лекарство запрещено во время беременности. Не используйте его, если вы беременны. Он может всасываться через кожу и легкие, что может привести к повреждению органов вашего будущего ребенка и вызвать врожденные нарушения. Строгий эффективный контроль над рождаемостью во время лечения и в течение шести месяцев после прекращения приема препарата. Если вы забеременели, прекратите прием этого лекарства и немедленно обратитесь к врачу.
Нет конкретной информации о том, проникает ли это лекарство в грудное молоко или нет. Учитывая возможные риски для детей, грудное вскармливание во время применения этого лекарства не рекомендуется и по крайней мере через две недели после последней дозы. Перед кормлением грудью проконсультируйтесь с врачом.
