Precautions and warnings

Side-effects
- 頭暈、噁心、嘔吐、口乾、頭痛、耳鳴、失眠、多夢、疲勞、便秘、腹瀉、嗜睡、食慾減退、煩躁、焦慮、震顫、感覺異常、男性性功能障礙（如性慾減退、便秘、勃起功能障礙）、排尿猶豫、多汗、視力檢查、高血壓散血、心悸、射精。 可能致命：血清素症候群或抗精神病藥物惡性症候群樣反應。
Drug Interactions
去甲文拉法辛可以降低碘苯胍 I-123 的有效性。 它還會增加其他抑制中樞神經系統 (CNS) 的藥物的副作用。 將去甲文拉法辛與西布曲明或 MAOIs（單胺氧化酶抑制劑）一起服用會增加血清素症候群的風險，這是一種由血清素過多引起的嚴重疾病。 將去甲文拉法辛與α或β激動劑藥物一起使用可能會導致心率加快和血壓升高。
去甲文拉法辛可能會增加 CYP2D6 分解的藥物水平（如地昔帕明），但會降低 CYP3A4 分解的藥物量（如咪達唑侖）。 阻斷 CYP3A4 的藥物（例如酮康唑）可以增加去甲文拉法辛的水平。

Contraindications

Mode of actions

Dosage & Administration

Pregnancy & Lactation
